This was the first outing for my new camera.

My old camera is like an extension of my hand
and I can concentrate on capturing an image.

Unfortunately, it has low resolution and minimal features
and I had become bored with taking photos.

The new camera is only slightly larger
but it is taking me a while
to find the dials and small switches.

I thought that if I took it out at night
no-one would notice me fumbling

and accidentally taking pictures of my feet.

congratulations on the new camera!
ReplyDeleteVery good indeed. Reminds me of good nights out in Cambridge many years ago.
ReplyDeleteThe first times using a new camera are always trying.
ReplyDeleteUnlike some people who do it deliberately. Thank you for not sharing.

ReplyDeleteWow. It's like a present for US.
ReplyDeleteWhat a treat. Lucky you for the camera and lucky us for the lovely pictures.
ReplyDeleteSuper pictures. I'm still practising with my new camera - it's not yet intuative.
ReplyDeleteI'm feeling a little bored with taking photos too - it's not my camera, it's just that my pictures seem to have become slightly formulaic. Like I know just how to do the shots I usually do. But I'm bored with doing them. The constant quest for the new and exciting - my biggest downfall.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos. But of course that's down to the photographer as well as the camera :) K x
ReplyDeleteI didn't see a single foot photo! Nothing better than a lovely camera in your hands.
ReplyDeleteclearly a case of carpe noctem
ReplyDeleteDoes that last picture indicate the size of your feet?
ReplyDeleteAre you "moon"lighting as the new set designer for the new Sherlock Holmes? You should!
