It is the season
for Fenland celery.

  6. Being a foreigner, I had to google "fenland". It has a site all on its own: www.fenlandcelery.com" with lots of recipes. I'd opt for Caramelized Fenland Celery Tarte Tatin. Mmm!

    But you're right, Alice. It's soup season. Any soup.
