It's been a busy Wednesday
and I have lots of ideas
for posts, articles, poems
jostling for space in my brain.

Let's just pause and breathe
and look at photos of flowers.
They were all taken on the same day
in the early morning light.

and before you say anything...
my mother was staying
so I needed flowers
in every room.
Right?

ReplyDeleteI don't think any excuse is required. Fresh flowers are necessary for distracting the eye from all the untidy craft piles in this house.
