Can you hear us chortling all the way from Missouri?
ReplyDeleteoh dear!
ReplyDeleteunsupervised laundry is strictly contrary to policy here...
well actually I'm impressed.
ReplyDeleteI don't own either of said items, just as well as it is clearly important to use them correctly. xoxo
I am very impressed, too, that you use such high tech items, being an adherent of spit and polish and only if important visitors are expected. (I thought spray starch was for patchwork ...)

tee hee!!! Sarah says she loves how time is found in this particular household to polish - doesn't say much about the domestic arrangements at Chez Bebbs!
ReplyDeleteI don't make a habit of using either item so not sure why I feel I have the right to be laughing so loudly!
ReplyDeleteIt's important to do ongoing training reviews when working with these rare chemicals.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't know what to do with them either.
See, this is the reason why I put all the cleaning products under the sink and try to handle them as rarely as possible.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Ali!!
ReplyDeleteBut I bet your furniture now stands up to regular hard usage.
ReplyDeleteI do love to start my day with a good laugh!
ReplyDeleteI am not licensed to operate either of those tools. Probably a good things, too...a couple of weeks ago I put moisturizer on my toothbrush.
ReplyDelete(Realized the small toothpaste/moisturizer error with only moments to spare. Whew.)
To whom are you referring?
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about the starch. Does it not give the furniture a slightly limed, distressed look? Is this not desirable?
hey I hear ya sister! yesterday I told my children to open their advent calendar... A DAY EARLIER...
ReplyDeletedoh.
Yes, I do not own either of those items either. Just as well, given the sad lack of training around here.
ReplyDeleteAh well. WIth any luck, in the interim, Mr M will become so fantastic at housework you will never need to regain control!
ReplyDeleteGood grief....
ReplyDeleteStill, at least your house HAS starch stuff
Oh, I'm with Ali and Mary.

THIS MISTAKE?
I ASK YOU.
Nice stiff shine on the sideboard?
ReplyDeleteI hate to think what the sheets looked like.
Alice! I almost choked on my coffee! Thank you for giving me so much to smile about on a Monday morning.
