It certainly was Sarah and I spent all weekend at the London Sevens - in the East stand frying our ears off from 1pm onwards - I have to say I can thoroughly recommend the Factor 60 suncream we used - even as a redhead I have come home looking little different to my arrival - brilliant weekend though!!!

we are not anywhere close to those temperatures and I just checked the weeks weather predictions and it says rain and 12 degrees.... boo.
