MrM, Travel Agent

Pack your bags MrsM
we're going on holiday!

I've booked us a boutique hotel
with a view of Lisbon.

Take casual clothes for exploring
and smart clothes for eating out at night.

How do you fancy a boat trip?

We could take an open-top tour of the city!

Did I mention the night out in the Jazz Club?

And if that is not enough
we are going into the wilderness
where you can practise your driving
on perilous mountain roads!

Where are you going, MrsM?

Come back!

Please come back!

I was just kidding about the driving...

  1. Well, it sounds like a lovely adventure to me.

London is such a good starting point.
Woe is me, all the way over here.

  3. I love the colours in those prints. You have such a facility for matching image to word.

Lovely MrM to plan such a happy adventure! Good Times! Be sure to take a sugar cube or two for the cart oxen.

Where DO you find such perfectly appropriate pictures? Love it!

I think the boat trip is to be avoided if it is anything like the print. Agree with Silverpebble about the haystack number, not sure how you tuck into the food when your arms are encased.
Another post that makes me smile - thank you.

This is going to be good... this trip.
Love your writing as always and agree with the above commenters on your eye for prints AND finding them. You're so multitalented!
    Enjoy your holiday, Alice!

  10. It's like reverse airmiles. For every three holidays I organise I get one coffee cake ...

  11. That hardly sounds like a fair exchange Mr M!

I wonder whether if I make him a coffee cake, or three, Mr K will organise a holiday for me?

  12. In the interests of continuous improvement MrM will shortly be sending MrsM a survey (inspired by our experience at the pousada in Obidos).
