You've perfectly captured the reassurance and heartbreak of things happening as usual amidst the sadness and shock. Thinking of you all and sending love xx
There's a special place waiting and he won't be just Resting In Peace when that time comes but Rejoicing In Paradise! A big party awaits and reassuring that we know where he heads to on the next chapter of his journey.
Sending heartfelt wishes for comfort and healing - for MrM's father and for you all. My own 93-year-old Dad had a very close call in October, and has been in and out of hospital and nursing home since, slowly recovering. He is constantly on my mind, so I empathize deeply with your family's distress. Will be thinking of you all, and sending fond thoughts from across the Atlantic. xoxo
Is it bad that even from the first line of your posts I held my breath, expecting that kind of ending ... I shall pray indeed, with my heart and soul. I am hugging you tight. A special hug to MrM, I am thinking of you.
I am Muslim in the UK and praying for you all. May our All-Loving, All-Merciful Creator shower you with His Blessings and ease this time for you all, amen.
Oh dear oh dear I'm so sorry, Alice and MrM! I will keep Thomas in my prayers for restored health and you all for peace. I'm sure all his former parishioners are also raising up powerful prayers for him.
Alice, I have been thinking of you and yours since I first read this...hoping against hope that all will be well whilst knowing too how I will feel when this time comes into our own lives x
I am sorry to have missed this post. In the past I have found comfort in the good wishes of friends and strangers through my blog ... we build a community of good mates we may never meet and often don't know we have until we find we can lean on them a little in the hard times. I can only add my heartfelt hope that all will be well. Holding, carefully x
