:: sunday ::

it is hard to find words

to say what needs to be said

so we go about our day

finding comfort in simple tasks

and quiet in the fall of light

*****

MrM's father, Thomas, is very ill
please hold him in your heart
:: thank you ::

  23. Sending heartfelt wishes for comfort and healing - for MrM's father and for you all. My own 93-year-old Dad had a very close call in October, and has been in and out of hospital and nursing home since, slowly recovering. He is constantly on my mind, so I empathize deeply with your family's distress. Will be thinking of you all, and sending fond thoughts from across the Atlantic. xoxo

  42. I am sorry to have missed this post. In the past I have found comfort in the good wishes of friends and strangers through my blog ... we build a community of good mates we may never meet and often don't know we have until we find we can lean on them a little in the hard times. I can only add my heartfelt hope that all will be well. Holding, carefully x
