my son, my son

MasterM is back
with a rucksack full of laundry.

He is enjoying home cooked food
after 12 consecutive days
of chicken wraps in Greece.

Most of the traveller's tales
are completely unsuitable for publication
so instead I shall let you share
this very special moment...

MasterM says it is the first time
that his toe has been mistaken for a flower.

  1. Haha - I thought the specialness was that Master M had actually slowed down long enough to have a bit of a sunbath! And then I saw the butterfly. Awwww...

  3. Apparently butterflies taste with their feet, so I hope that foot was recently washed...

  4. T.G. your blog is not aimed at the teenage girl market as there may have been some mistake as to the specialness you were offering up there. Sadly as an old, nearly middle-aged woman all I could think was 'Well, if he were my son I would think how special it was to have him home too.'

  7. I'm impressed that he wore clean boxers for twelve consecutive days. You obviously have him well trained.

  13. OK, I'll be the one to just say it:
    I wish I were 20 years younger!
    SIGH.

  14. Master M looks no worse for the wear! Traveling seems to agree with him. I am so glad he is home so he can eat your homemade cooking :)

Love the boxer collection, very colorful.

  15. Round here it would have been a wasp. They're rampant at the moment.

I'm not sure a line of boxers has ever been more photogenic!

  16. is it an elderly thing to look straight past the semi-naked young man and admire your pretty wall and flowerpots?
